This is to make sure everyone understands the payout terms.
ONLY Search Friendly countries (Tier 1 & 2 Countries) can request payout, meaning that the remaining countries can only use their earnings to redeem for ads.

In compliance to new regulations from the Federal Trade Commission:
These countries are ONLY allowed to redeem their earnings...NO currency exchanges will take place…
Angola, Burma, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Syria, Lybia, Sierra Leone, Balkans (Bosnia &Herzegovina), Albania, Macedona, Serbia including Kosovo and Zimbabwe.
If you are a member from one of these countries and have been a member for a while, you will not have your account canceled. I will NOT accept any new signups from these countries, NO EXCEPTIONS!

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ/WRITE ENGLISH!
All countries are accepted as long as you can read/write English. However, only Search Friendly countries can request payout, meaning that the remaining countries can only use their earnings to redeem for ads. There is a 5% discount to use your earnings for ads.
SEARCH FRIENDLY COUNTRIES:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
We do not allow the use of Proxys to view ads on our site. If you are caught using a Proxy, your account will be terminated.
You are not allowed to create any more than one(1) account per household or IP .
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to remove all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our site. Cheating would include any of the following:
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, Site Specials and issues with the site.
If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, your account will be deleted.
-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials (including 'scantily clad people') of any kind.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
-- The website must be English.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
-- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
-- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
